A Star is born !

Clara's first dance recital. Numbers included: "Strawberry Shake" and "I Love Berries". Clara was great (and I am not just saying that because I am her father)
It is important to stretch and stay loose or the stockings are itchy
Getting ready for Act Two. Berries. No sweat. Not nervous at all. Dance, Clara, Dance.
Flowers from Dad and Peter. Clara did not realize what the flowers were for after the show. In the car she figured out they were for her. She said, " They are the greatest gift ever." When we got home she could not wait to but them in a vase in her room.

Clara realizes to catch fish you need to wake up early. So she practices in her PJs.
Pete practices from the couch. He feels the height simulates casting from a boat.

We will be spending a lot of time at the community pool this summer. Clara and Peter are tikes at the YMCA on weekends. Johnny is still not too sure...

Dad's retirement Party

Dad's retirement Party was a blast at Alton Eagles. Sorry not a lot of pictures - there was a lot of catching up with family and friends. Thank you everyone for making it so special for dad
